A flash for noobs made by noobs

This is pathetic in the long run, the play button doesn't work with the preloader. You should at least use some decent fonts. The scripts aren't anything new and exciting just the same thing we've been seeing for the past few years from other tutorials. You should reopen this back up, get some new tutorials. Fix parts of your menu and You could add music or not. Music would be nice but you don't have to add it. Once you did this resubmit it and you will get a better review.
