All the things you pointed out were just common sense. I look for things like a lot of spelling errors or grammar errors in the name. If it's all in lower case and/or under 100 kb, it'll suck more often than not. Also, if it's a big file, then the "artist" is just retarded and put in a giant-ass song.
Still, I suppose this isn't that bad. I gave you a 3.
