Many good things
Everything in this game flows smoothly. Good graphics, with a nice design style. Reminded me a lot of the napoleon game.
My problems with this one are much the same as that: the guy is too small, which means crossing a screen takes forever. That wouldn't be so bad, if it wasn't so hard to cross bridges, etc, and dying, and walking across the same no-interaction screen again. It makes the game repetitive, and was the reason I couldn't keep playing.
Secondly, all you do is move right or left, timed with arrows. You don't even swing your sword, just walk into them. Not much interactivity.
Thirdly, when you die, you go back too far. I died jumping from the elevator on the island, and had to go all the way back to crocus. All because my jump was just not at the exact right point to land on the plank.
I liked the game, I just won't play it again because it takes too much time where there's nothing to do.
