Usually when people submit test anything it's crap, but that was REALLY well done! your animation went along with the music wonderfully, not to mention the quality of the animation itself. nice.

It doesn't have fancy techno-flash bells and whistles - like colour -, but this -- and your other stuff -- is among the best fbf animation on newgrounds. The only things I question are the muscles on the "1" guy -- the lines for his pecs and biceps looked a bit more like flat curls of hair than meat, and his movements were kind of mechanical (his first mace-smash was probly the lamest movement in the whole thing, next to the lead guy throwing two dart-things -- not enough windup beforehand).
But did you do the two-guys-with-swords-protect-their-leader movement? And the protagonist-turns-around-and-slashes-twice-leaving-smoke bit? Because those were near-perfect. Timing it to the music was good too.
Anyway, good work overall, at its best when doing strong, exaggerated anime-poses: you might just want to study muscles a bit more, avoid constrained, stiff poses, and make sure people build up momentum before making violent movements.

The animation got a little choppy at times, but that's not too unusual for a frame-by-frame, and the black & white scheme complimented the work quite nicely. Good going!
