This is one boring flash t'ing! I like the black and white logo!!! You just HAD to butcher it, didn't you?!? Ok, it was not what I expected. When you said logo, I thought it was something like a sig maker, only for company logos. It turned out to be this. You should replace the explosion with something that fits the logo's style, too.
just because you like the b&w (black and white) one doesnt mean you have to hate the coloured ones. and anyway, some people liked it, some people didnt like it. different opinions - thats what makes people different.

As a general rule I hate people who kisses newgrounds ass but the bigger concern here is you made this in the most lazy way possible... dragging cast member script!
Something like this should really be made in a similar way to games like 'Dress my Babe V' only minus the sexually frustrated fanservice. It would be far easier to control for the user if they just had to click on colour boxes or rgb slide bars (google rgb if you don't know what that means) and it would look better. Of course that means more coding for you but that's usually how game coding goes... the easier it is to use for people at the end the harder the guy who made it had to work first >.>

Customising the NG logo is cool,but you shouldn't stop at colours.Ad parts like a different gun barrel,reactors,missles,wings,other drivers etc.It would make it alot better.For now,it's worth a 3/5

I found this logo customizer interesting. I liked trying to drag the parts onto the tank to change its colours. It was good that you could edit most of the parts of the tank and the driver and could choose your own background, but there were some things I wish you could have, such as:
-Different figure driving the tank. Maybe not just the actual tank driver will be riding on the tank. It could be something else. It would be interesting if there was something else driving the tank as well as the NG tank driver.
-More colour backgrounds. I would like it if there was more of a variety of colour backgrounds there.
And there was one little problem. Placing the parts and getting them to fit properly. I had troubles trying to perfectly fit some pieces onto a certain part of the image. Maybe an option where you could click on left and right buttons to change colours for any part of the image. I think that would be a lot easier to make the image with different colours better and fitted perfectly.
Other than the problems in this flash, I thought this was alright.

Thank you. I am constantly trying to update the flash, and I will put another person on for the tank. Or atleast - I will try. As for arrows to choose colours, I will need to read up on that. Thanks for the constructive criticism. :)
Just stupid.
This game was just the most pointless thing I've ever seen. Everything done in this game could be done better and quicker in photoshop, hell even Paint would work. There is really no point to putting this on NG since it isn't fun at all and it is very pointless. You should know that dressup games aren't fun unless they have boobs in them.
