Actually I think he would snap his neck first if he tried to watch each car go by. You do have some talent, but this should be better. I think too many people think so; "I'm bored. Hey I know! I'll make a flash and submit it on NG." ...Way too many
Short simple death
Not the best way to go but the music helps. Not bad.

Man, people need to learn how to animate blood better.

If you wanna make a good flash, than spend more time and make it better. It looks like you spend at least an hour making this short, and not very funny flash. You could do better.
