Reviews for "PPGD: Battle in Megaville"

all hail bleedman and partly you!!!!!!!!!!

First off. Please tell me where to find comic this game makes me want to reed em. Secondly, my hat off to you, I know it is Bleedman's work but you should still get credit for making a game outa the comic. thirdly, i thought maybe you could make it so dexters air roll or whatever could be jet pack? just a suggestion so dont do it if u dont want to. The roudruff have insane juggling moves and so does slightly bell. dexter is just a powerhouse. Lastly your scores:

Graphics: since i am a big fan of sprites, A+

Style: clever using bleedman's comic characters for a fighting game. A+

violence: violence without blood gave -2 but I still like some games without blood. (Like this was an exception) A-

Interactivity: well i guees all the different things you could do. Also I enjoyed the demos and versus. A+

Humor: I thought how gir came out of nowhere when bell won is pretty funny so 7. B+

Great stuff make more.

Thanks, I owe a lot to the talented sprite artists Dan and Emma for allowing me to borrow the sprites.

You can find a link from within the game, or you can google "power puff girls doujinshi", or you try the url: ppg.snafu-comics.com or you can try bleedman.deviantart.com and look through his gallery.

I LOVE THIS!

this great, but screen is to small. HINT: in the cartoon and comic-err sorry, Doujinoshi, Buttercup is strongest. Notso in the game. Bell seems tough but don't use her either. Hope it helps!

hehe, great game

Hint: bubbles is imba against computer AI

Awesome

This game is awesome!Too bad it's sprite...
It could use some more combos because using 2 combos all the time gets quite boring and I really don't know why everybody is complaining about beating Bell on last star...she is TEN TIMES EASIER than buttercup.

Booyha.

Haven't played a game this addicting for quite some time now. YOU have officially convinced an FPSer to play a fighting game...I know, the end is near...

I keep comming back to it, every damn night. Beat it, learn some tricks, but I swear to GOD Shira Bell is just too much. You stated before that the main reason you made it so difficult is for those who want a challenge. I want a challenge, but I DON'T want a CPU player that reminds me of IBM's Deep Blue.

Challenging is 8 Stars. 9 is just...well...it gets tiresome. You discuss the importance of Replay Value, but in turn you have done the opposite. Because of the rediculous level 9 Stars is set at, I will never be able to play as Shira. I have 12 games installed on my computer and my attention has already wandered.

In any case, EXCELLENT game, very addicting and I agree with the many other NGers here...this game can very-well make it to GBA...hell, the only thing I like about PPG is the violence rofl. Try to look into adjusting the difficulty level, and GG!

Maybe I'm too old or something, but I've always preferred 2d games over 3d ones.

Someone suggested unlockable hard mode difficulty which might solve this problem. Or maybe just easier unlockables. I do feel it's really more rewarding to beat the nigh-impossible and get something in return for it, but unfortunately, some people will never manage to do it. Something I'll have to debate with myself again sometime. However, there is still a way to unlock Shira... even if it's not fairplay..

Thanks for reviewing!
