This song is really a fine piece of art. Didn't know that danish ppl could make good country music as well as the americans does it. Respect and 10/10 - 5/5!

Det er har faktisk en fin tradition for country i Danmark helt siden sidst i 50'erne hvor de danske folkemusikere fandt ud at de kunne sælge deres musik til yngere (og mere købe-kraftige) mennesker hvis de droppede den danske lyd og gik over det den amerikanske istedet. Men resultatet har så desværre også i de fleste tilfælde været en anelse tacky og forceret amerikansk at lytte på. Dog har der af og til været nogle der var værd at lytte på. Moment vis har Kim "Kix" (Powersolo, gezus chrystler og Kim and the cinders) lavet nogle fede country sange, og de seneste år har jeg lyttet til en masse Village Idiot. Han er en rigtig country mørkemand fra Helsingør der skriver nogle utroligt gribende sange. Omkring det med Myspace så findes der sådan set en gammel side, men jeg passer den ikke mere. Jeg syntes at Myspace forlængst er faldet af det store formidlingstog og ikke har kunne leve op til deres eget ry. Tusind tak for "review"'et og ha' en dejlig dag :)

Whenever I listen to your songs I try and pick-up on your Danish accent--and I always fail. Haha. Sorry for the awkward review-this song is wonderful. Downloaded and listen to it nearly everyday on iTunes.

Good, but not better

So i thought this was awesome, but truth be told, i prefer the old version. Ive had the old version on my ipod for quite a while now and is one of my most frequently played songs. This version is very cool too, i like the slower more relaxed feel and the accordion was cool, but the old ones always got a place in my heart :) Still very good stuff, and i look forward to more!
Hey, first of thanks for reviewing, it has been almost a month since I uploaded this and this is the first feedback I have gotten so far, to tell you the truth is has been a bit frustrating. Also reading your little ipod tale made me very happy.
I really can't decide witch one of the two I like the best, first off I was supriced at how different they "feel", secondly the song was still fresh back when the original was recorded, and I think that made a difference, while the new one is superior from a technical veiwpoint. Anyways, I expect we will make some more in a few months :)
