This was an okay animation... it was well-animated, but too short. Advice I would give you is: make your movies like this, but much, much longer. Other than that (the length) pretty good job.
Anti-Smoking?
Oh yeah, anti-smoking. That's what I do when I smoke all the cigarettes I can find before anyone else can.
As for the flash, as others have said, it was very short. Then again, it said what it had to and made me chuckle... as I reached for another cigarette.

I like the simplistic designs for the characters. Very easy in a way, but with some nice articulation in a sense. Visually, the white and blue characters mesh quite well with the red background and sidewalk. I like the use of sound effects as they fit quite well. I would like to see more of a plot, like someone being pro-smoking and then the fight starting. That would be interesting.
