I can see that you need voices for this movie.
You can get GringoJago to voice act Goku. He made Goku the real story: ep 3 on newgrounds.
You can also get him to voice act Vegeta, if you don't have a voice actor for Vegeta. It's hard to say if you did, because I didn't hear Vegeta in all of his lines.
You can get Kagome to voice act Gohan. She wants to voice act him out, so might as well ask her.
Dbdowen, whom made -=Dbz=- Perfection on newgrounds could voice act Cell for you.
And I guess since it's nearly impossible to get anyone to voice act Piccolo, I don't mind doing so myself.
