If you were to go back in time. Then nothing in the furture would change because what happened when you were back in time has already happened in the future. Having no effect whatso ever. Anyways keep working you can do more then i can.

First of all. Sephiroth23... Damnit, man. Blowing up a T-rex WOULD change time. Just your mere presence there would probably alert the herds of some... Sort... Then there would be a great disturbance. But since they all blow up in the end, I dunno. Wait, maybe the t-rex came up to you, made footprints which led to a whole lot of stuff (crazy really) that happened to change SMALL THINGS. You're right on the fact that the legal drinking age would never be 11, but never being born... That is a possibility...
