What is this?
This is an interesting Flash adaptation of Marble Madness, complete with the familiar-looking title. However, I don't understand why this is on the Front Page.
Ball of Madness is ordinary at best. The best way to describe the game's graphics is "decent;" The visuals don't excite or boast any noteworthy special effects, but they fill the space. However, the gameplay itself is extremely close to the arcade classic it's based on. (Thankfully, unlike Marble Madness, each round's time limit isn't dependent on the player's performance on the previous board.) The real issue is that the NewGrounds edition only has three levels! Therefore, those that want to give the game the time and energy will be forced to look elsewhere. Shouldn't NewGrounds users expect more when they click on a Front Page item? In Ball of Madness' case, the answer is definitely "no."

cmon man, your phisics suck, the ball doesnt follow the slopes, it continues in the same direct, like if it was flat. even so, it take speed...so is it flat or not???? the game had potential, but i got bored after the second lvl.
Don't play, its a demo with three levels.
Why is this:
1. A Demo
2. Three levels + a demo
3. Bad
The bugs on this are really obvious, as I fell INTO a square one time. THATS BAD. I can't tell when a ramp exists DESPITE what it obviously looks like. Its not really 3D just a 2.5D ripoff, its decieving and frustrating. So here I am, tilted screen to affect my perspective, then an ADDED detriment to cordination thanks to poor graphics design..and EVEN MORE PAIN added with bad controls that causes zero to absolutely zero fun.
The movement is awkward. The third level I actually got to the end but couldn't aim at the hole, and lost because the time was up, what the fuck.
Nice proof reading on the ad at the end imploring me to buy this. Yeah.
