pretty good
One problem with it was the way that the quality of the graphics would sway. such as, pico being well drawn, but the uber kids not so much, or the cars being all well drawn, but the explosion of the car at the end looking like a bunch of turds flying around some fire (no offence).
but overall i really enjoyed it, I can't wait to see more work from you guys.
oh and by the way...in the hentai scene, the girl looks fantastic, but pico looks kinda rushed :(.

The graphics were great, lacked detail though
The animation was awesome, just disproportionate at times
The music was flat out awesome
The sound effects were kinda lame
The violence was lovely

Most of it looks traced or rotoscoped, this is not a bad thing in my opinion but it's how I see it.

The thing that's bothering me is THE GRAPGICS!!!
The movie isn't all that bad, but there is no story.
This would be good for a ninja movie or somthing.
Do the graphics again and bring a better version.
(hint:Pico Collaboration 1.2 the better version).
This is a good one if you work a lil bit more on it.
