Suspense... Not so much.
There were so many chances for some intense finishes and a few incredibly climactic scenes, but they were wasted by pointless dialogue or needless character entrances. Either or, that whole thing seemed a bit out of character for Lee. I mean, random battles with Neji, sure. However, busting out the fifth gate for absolutely no point at all? It just seemed so excessive... Even in most life or death situations, Lee restrained from using them. I dunno'. Also, you shouldn't have to tell us about certain actions, you should use some of that Flash talent of yours to show us them. Seriously, what's more effective: "I used the Byakkugan." Or actually animating Neji using it, letting the audience in on what was seemingly the most climactic part of this whole thing, for what it was, I guess.
Either or, it was pretty slick, but considering it was a lot more story oriented than your other flashes, there wasn't much story in there.
