WRONG!!!!!! No matter how fast Lee is, Neji's Byakugan would still bee able to track him. In case you didn't notice, when Lee fought Gaara in the tv series, even after Lee opened his gates Neji was still able to follow his movements due to the Byakugan, which is even more powerful and concentrated than the Sharingan Eye. Lee never stood a chance.
Anyways, that was pretty good. The sprites weren't choppy, the sound was very well-synched, and the fight wasn't one-sided. (Though it should have been in my opinion) Really, all I can complain about is the grammar and spelling of a few things. Overall, you did great, keep it up!!
