Not great, but not near blam quality.
While the ending is cheap and dissapointing, and some of the animation is poor, the actual art is decent and the amount of work that wen tinto it is obvious.
I think the only reason this went under judgement is people didn't realize the first credit screen wasn't the end. You should change that and not put the credits 1/4 the way through. No one does that and people probably just closed it when the credits came up.
