To start off, great concept, great music video, even though you say you didn't put effort into it. It's a really good running gag, you are a great flash artist. Now, for the ratings explanation.
Graphics: PBJ Banana. Classic. Pictures of cereal products. Hilarious.
Style: Really random=really funny. PBJ Banana is an overused flashproject, though.
Sound: I think the music was synced quite nicely, though you seem to think otherwise. The voice was rather disturbing, yet "stoopid" and funny. The only minus was the cereal yell. It only sound great when "I like" preceeds it. Make another cereal (one less annoying) noise for when he says cereal in general except in his famous phrase: "I like CEREAL!"
Violence: Didn't find any. Doesn't affect score as par the rating none is supposed to be there.
Interactivity: A play button and replay button. Doesn't affect score as movies are not meant for you to jumble around with as you watch it. Preloadergames however, are quite nice.
Humor: "I like CEREAL!" Nuff' said.
Overall: Make more. 'Tis a great running gag to have. Keep up the good work! Lol, this is my longest review ever
