Anyways, about the flash itself.
It's quite nice, though the animation could be a great deal better. One of my favorite parts was the popcorn scene, mainly because I got the impression he was watching the Spiderman cartoon series, but seeing the porno mag near the couch made me chuckle a bit too.
Now, if you want to improve it, you can make the graphics a great deal better by adding detail or something. I'm not experienced pretty much at all with Flash, so this isn't the kinda thing I know in depth, but I bet there's a Flash tool or two that could help to improve the graphics.
Overall, quite well made, I think.

Take time to match the animation with the song. The music ended and the animation just kept going on for about 10 seconds. You could cut out time from alot of animation from looped scenes such as the popcorn scene and the spotlight scene where he was just standing there for 5 seconds. Other then that good animation. Just fix it and resubmit.
