I think we should be able to save
We loose all gold pieces after we use password and we cant upgrade stuff please make something to save file if you dont mind

ok
this was a great game. the sound was decent, the story line was rather involving and the english used within the game was very articulate however there are 2 major downfalls to this game. 1. when you die you lose everything and start right at the beginning, aslong as some of the lvls are , there should a least be checkpoints or save pedastals. 2. the sword combination, after the 3rd strike wen the knight throws her sword, the timing between the 35rd and 4th strike is too great that it allows a monster to sneak in before the 4th attack is executed. but if players can live with that then it is a very decent game
Great, but one major flaw
Dying (which happens quite often) and losing all your upgrades REALLY sucks. What I suggest is your upgrades get saved every level, and the cost of the upgrades get upped.
Other than that, the game seems pretty good. A solid RPG/platformer. I look forward to your next game.
Possible Masterpiece (with some tweaking)
It's obvious that a lot of thought and effort went into this game. You play it and it looks and feels good. But then you keep dying and starting over, doing the same part over and over again because you made one stupid mistake, and you get a little frustrated. Honestly, the game's difficulty would be perfect and justified, if there was just some saving system.
Pros: It's fun and cool. You get a warm hearted nostalgic feeling while playing it. You can definitely see the author's effort in this game.
Cons: It gets frustrating after a while of dying.
Suggestions for improvement:
A Shield button (can block the bats that just ram right through you)
Making the bats not able to fly through a sword in the face.
Make monsters not walk so close to the edge (I kept bouncing up into a face full of monster)
and: Save Points
Better tutorial (maybe a practice round?) would be great too.
TRY THIS GAME. It's really worth your time people. With a little polish, this game will become something I would love to play over and over again.
Good, but confusing
I tried to play your game, but I couldn't get past any levels. Next time try to make it so that when you die you don't lose everything you have. Save points are needed. =P
It was good, but there is better.
