Reviews for "Wack-A-Goomba"

oops....=)

not bad, at all, but i helped protect this one, really...im the one who's last lazy vote helped this animation out. oh well, nice game and all.

Great!

A nice and simple game, with professional graphcis and addicting gameplay to go with it, heh, loved it. This is the kind of thing that can keep me occupied for hours, despite its monotonous events. Keep it going!

Nice way to waste a little time

It was fun for about 10 seconds. The little targeting thing is not at all accurate. Graphics were good and sound was appropriate.

Good, but ...

The game itself is, as you mentioned, a nice little time waster. Smooth game play, no bugs I could find, overall a solid game.

That said, there's just not enough to the flash to warrant 4.3MB. For a mini-game, the file size is massive. You need to take a machette to some of the audio and optimize the rest to streamline the game. Something like this is a so-so game at present file size, OK at ~500kb, and great under 200kb.

Minor tweaks:
Either shorten the timer, or allow the user to choose game length. Usually around 30 or 60 seconds is enough, while with 100 you keep looking at the time remainaing wondering why you aren't done yet.

Since the rest of the graphics and audio are Mario related, I don't see why the target is a spinning square. A mallet (ala Donkey Kong) or tortoise shell might be more appropriate.

HyperDoom responds:

The file size is big becuse of the music, I didn't want the music to sound crappy, and ill shorten the time

I got 184

If you hit tab and enter really fast, you go rapidfire mode! Anyways, you shoul add music
