Reviews for "Lucky Ladybug"

Hmm...

It's very pointless and kinda fruity. Like the music though

it's passable

the lack of sound effects disturbed me. and there were no powerups or anything. no real purpose at all...

Oh, it could have been so much better..

Basically you are a ladybird running around controlled by mouse click. It's on a featureless dark green background and for some reason the enemies are flashing squares. No sound effects, an annoying tune and the whole thing is just annoying and pointless.

thanks :D

it was good tim wastited

ya what he said

Annoying music, and mechanical game play...

Constant use of the "donkey call" sound - for every measure.
Inexperienced keyboard playing; in the wrong key at times, out of rhythm, and using a dated trumpet synth sound.
Plus, no key change at all. The seven repeating notes in the background will drive you mad.
It sounds like the song was an afterthought and just thrown together.
The game play wasn't any better really. The actions were stagnant and very mechanical. The goals were hard to accomplish because of that. The timing of the ladybug was always the same. I agree with another person, that the controls would have been more fun if they were done with the arrow keys instead of the mouse.
The artwork should go along with the theme of the lady bug. Making green squares appear and disappear is very mechanical. I should be more organic. How about logs, leaves, flowers, swamp land, etc. And you could even add some animations to them as well. Not just the sliding back and forth, but rolling logs, blooming flowers, etc. The idea was good, but it definitely can be expanded upon greatly. If you want to see some amazing organic styled, nature themed games, with incredible music, go to www.orisinal.com. This guy really understands this type of work.
