This is definitely a cool submision. But you should try to make things a bit more fluent. Like the "slowdown" on some of the moves leaves more of the impression of a mistake than a "power bullet time" or something. And try to get more of the sprites. Some of the animations didnt really fit. if you've heard of "mugen", sites that have character files for mugen are a good place to find all the sprite sets you could want. If theyre still around that is... Anywhooo~ good luck, and Good work!

Still good, but...
All the stuff I said for the review in part 1 still applies. Some of the move animations stay for too long. Also, there seems to be a lot of inbetween animation missing. I hope that you fix that later.
Still, Sakura and Akuma ShunGokuSatsu was awesome.

This Was Great Improvement.
Better Than The First One. Not "Choppy" (Laggy) You Are Definately Getting better. Graphics Were Sharper, Sound Was betteR And Some Good HumoR Too. I Really Liked It. But WTF Ken Lost MaYaN. Evil Ken Can Own Evil Ryu And Akuma At The Same Time. Well It Wasn't Evil Ken it Was Regular Ken. Also Like The Ripped Alpha Pics When The Did A Super. LMAO (Ken Got Molested By Sakura And Akuma) GooD JoB But Stop Doing The Cliffhangers. Sheesh.
