Reviews for "The Ex"

No.

I refuse to believe that this won an award. The sound was as annoying as the graphics. It was just weird, and not the good kind of weird. Sorry, kid, but I'm shocked that this isn't blammed.

toon53 responds:

How come you'er the only one that thought it was shit? Are you just trying to get blam points? Let me see one of your animation and then I might give two craps about what you think.

He said it all..

Quietmessenger 144 has one heck of a point there!! you lack of content in your story with a good context. I mean you've got this insane crackhead lookin guy who sees an imaginary or invisible killerrabbit thing and he meets his Ex with her new boyfriend, hilarity couldve insued, but istead of that, the guy breaks down and cries!? I mean WTF???
try and work on that.

toon53 responds:

That would have been funny but then the story wouldn't have been true.

That won an award?

... Not to offend or anything man, I can see it has a pretty good concept, but the best parts were the title and the credits... (seriously, they raised my expectations) The rest was above average... nothing particularly award winning though...

Keep at it, I think that you have some potential reserves you haven't tapped yet. Suggestions for improvement pretty much just lie in making real stories and stuff as opposed to a short skit, and developing your characters beyond an insane man and his invisible bunny friend...

Best of luck.

I liked it

That was really good. A nice concept and well executed. I really like your style.

I like it

I can tell a lot of work went into this, which is why I like it. the only criticism I have is the sound. Some voices and sound effects are high and others are low so that I was adjusting my volume throughout the animation. This is a compliment mind you, that I cared enough about what was going to happen that I kept messing with the volume to hear what was going on. Keep up the good work
