The kid thought he could get aids by touching the blood, i think what happens next is the kid comes back and has sex with the guy's dead body and gets AIDS.

i liked this movie, it was funny and offensive. i'd have to say its the best i've seen in a while. it was funny, but not high quality, most of the good graphic elaborate ones are stupid.
