Reviews for "KAZAHANA: The Formula"

Pretty Good

I liked the ending even know i think it would have been better if the kid would have came in with a machine gun or something and decapitated her. The beginning was a little boring didn't really catch my attention if i wouldn't have read the reviews i would have turned it off.
But good job overall anticipating the second one

Well done

I thought the plot was interesting and could develop into something really cool. The animation was well done too and interesting to look at. I hope to see more of this in the future.

Gorgeous art, great voice acting, but needs work.

Fire and foremost, I loved the voice actors implemented. I'm a fan of Omahdon and enjoyed all the voice talent involved. The artwork was beutiful - truly stunning considering what is on Newgrounds. The story was interesting and cryptic - little was revealed and I was left wanting more. That's all good. I saw two major problems, however. The animation was sometimes very fluid and attractive, such how ______ wrote or the computer screens moved. However, when characters were speaking or there were sound effects accompanying the flash, the animation was atrocious; tt looks worse than a Godzilla dub.

My second complaint is the script. The concepts are all good, but the script badly needs some editing. Characters speak in peculiar ways. This is especially bad when dramatic music comes on - the characters should speak dramatically to match the music.

Unless they were directed not to, the voice actors should have used more emotion in their voices during the dramatic moments. It feels 'wrong' when characters are speaking calm (almost casually) about devious dealings when there is dramatic music playing. I'd also stress a bit more emphasis on enunciation, particularly on t/d sounds. This is something I know Omahdon has done in the past (it's noticably better now), but Patrick Brunn and Mizura should also try and be a tad clearer.

This flash has some wonderful things going for it - spectacular art, great voice talent, and an interesting plot. Hopefully in the next installment we'll see consistently fluid animation, an attempt at lip-synching, and some more editing. Hell, if you wanted it, I'd even do it.

Eh

It was pretty good, but the art was rough and the animations were even rougher. The voice acting was pretty good, as was the script (although both could use a little work). The guns were rather unrealistically sounding, as were the wounds. The calendar montage was pretty cliche, but a few cliches are alright. I'd recommend practicing a good deal more before you make a definite series.

Actully, it's not bad. <.<

You try hard to make it look like a real movie, I like all the twists. To much talking though. <.< Not enough smashie smashie?
Your a good drawer though, there's a lot more effort in this then quite a few flashes.

People want to put their stuff up on NG so fast they forget that QUALITY pwnz QUANTITY.

ONE THING: You should get differn't effects. It's more of a blam zomg your dead fire from gun type thing going, you need a bit more graphic quality. <.<
