Classic!
Even though I didn't find this attractive, pretty, exciting, or very fun to watch, this was in true Newgrounds-tradition sprite style!
On another note, the movie didn't seem sloppy or unsightly, too.
Try enlarging the sprites (large enough to be the center of attention but small enough so that they don't look ridiculously pixelated.... tinker around with it)....
Other ideas to ponder would be to add voices or enlarge the text (?)...
While I don't like this type of movie, I think you did a good job!

It was good until...
It was good leading up to the pokemon part i laughed my ass off at that part, simply because it was so unexpected. The poke'mon battle was great, but then the actual battle was a disapointment, i would have gave this a 4\5 but it let me down, 3\5.
