This needs a preloader...
I almost cloesed the window as nothing was happeneing, then when it did it started halfway through the animation...and I have a super fookin' fast computer. None-the-less, nice animation, looks and sounds great. No one should fault you on it being short, you only had 30 sec. to play with right?
Too choppy
The style was great and the quality of the character and environment was also great. The only thing that made it look less than perfect was the fact that the video was so choppy. It doesn't look like you have enough frames to create a smooth video. Since this is a mostly action sequence the framerate needs to be high so that it doesn't look choppy.

Wow i really liked the graphics of this flash but it was a little sketchy if it hadent jumped around so much maybe it would have been a 10 but you should definitly make a flash all about this withthat character or atleast i would just a suggestion

Who cares what she's shooting at?
I don't see why people need to know what she's shooting at. Very few promos actually have plots (although there are some sweet ones that do).
Excellent graphics, nice action, almost makes me want to check out this Anime Network thing.

like the guy that posted before me it really needs to show who she shooting at other than that everything looks great all nice graphics and stuff . and i dotn get the anime network either so if it ever gets there nice job.
