What can I say....
Apart from some obvious skills in drawing an animation, the only thing this cartoon achieves is to show your inability to create an interesting cartoon.
Credit where credits due, the animation is good, but the voices were out of sink at some points The shear randomness made it annoying rather than entertaining.
Maybe, as a suggestion mind, you should try to find a production crew: A script writer, Graphics artist and Animator (YOU) and some voice actors. This way, you can showcase you skills and not have them lost in the lack of quality in the other fields.
Now I'm sorry if you think this is a bit mean, but I feel that if you put your art out there for people to see, you should ensure it meets the publics exspectations.

There isn't much to be said of this except that it is a totaly slap in the face to that which the TMNT. You have taken one of my mose beloved cartoons from my childhood and ruined it completly. I've seen bad before but this goes way beyond bad.
