Okay, well if hes nice, his eyes wouldn't turn red and weird at all, so hes just hiding the fact that hes evil, and hes only evil when no one is looking, so yes, he is evil. I like evil, I think im evil, MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

I really thought you got a good start.
The tree details were great and the music was appropriate.
I also really enjoyed the way Santa used Magic to get in the chimney.
But after that, I was confused. The boy got coal, that was clear because he was on the naughty list. How did his name switch?
Making Flash is very difficult and this was a great opening with a decent middle but weak ending as far as story goes.
Music was excellent and graphics were good.

It had a fairly good animation, good music and I liked the sound of the Boo. But I didn't get the story at all. Sorry.

im lost. Im not quite sure wat the movie was about. All i know is that the boy was possably good/evil and his name switched places on the list. Is that the hole plot to the story?

See, that was a good idea, but your animations are unclear so it's kinda hard to watch sometimes. Learn to animate actions in more detail is my suggestion.
