Parodies don't necessarily have to be well animated, but this one is. This is humorous and anyone who was obtained an elementary level education can see this. You're a lot like Insult the Triumph Dog, but I think in some ways you're better. Congrats! Cheerio...

Ok, so Foamy and the Neurotically Yours aren't the greatest cartoons ever, hell, I'd agree with you if you said it was over-rated. But it really isn't a bad cartoon. Ill Will Press puts effort in their cartoons and has a very unique style of animation that inspires younger animators.
I might enjoy this more if I could actually compare your animation to Ill Will's. You say that Foamy is a bad cartoon, however any viewer can plainly see that this animation cannot even compare to Strawberry Clock. Unless you can prove that your animation exceed's Ill Will's, I'm not impressed.
