I did like this, and you obviously took your time with the translation. The animation itself is smooth and the concept works well.
The icing on the cake for me was the rendition of Pachabels cannon in D at the ending. Shame it ended halfway through the good bit :(.

I think it was a well done little cartoon. I really like the part when the child fish tried to break the fishing pole a second time and failed.

Not much animation. The background and the style of the fish were nice. I think a better arguement would have been to show a picture of the food chain inside of a red circle with a diagonal red slash going from one side of the circle to the other, meaning "wrong" or "no". This would be easily understandable. No lesson to search for, just the simple information that eating to survive is wrong and we should blow up the earth.
