Though i've never heard that before you said it was floating around and i just couldn't help but laugh after hearing the whole thing. Giving credit to whoever had put it online was about right. Not much graphical look to it besides the text. I liked the sound because thats basicly what it was all about.

I really don't see why this almost has a 3/5
It's mostly all text and that "blond star" audio clip is a well known on the interent and you didn't make it, at least i don't think you made it. So really the only thing you did was put some text in and make it smoothly come on and off the screen.
If you would have animated it, then that would be a different story. But you basically just took someone else's joke and got front page with it. Although you did give credit to who made it, so ya that's good.
