Is there such a thing as under-exaggerated?
Yeah, the animation does look rushed, but its a good action movie parody anyway, and action movies need to be parodied as much as possible, I say. They're really dumb.
I'd like it better if the action scenes came from the protagonist's everyday life rather than barge in on it. For example, his archnemesis could be a store clerk, and the land mines are set by a neighbor he's having problems with. That way, it isn't just poking fun at action movies, but also exaggerates the annoying little trivialities of everyday life.

That has got to be one of the most awesome collection of overexaggerated action stereotypes ever. It was really well drawn and the sound effects were awesome too.
