Okay, you're obviously missing the point of "Don't submit other peoples' work," so let me break it down for you real simple-like. Once upon a time, in a magical tingly-wingly pixie-wixie land, King Tom issued a decree to his minions. The King said that, by submitting a Flash animation to the Portal, "You represent and warrant to Newgrounds that... Newgrounds's exploitation of the rights granted to it herein shall not infringe any right of any third party."
Deep in the Shareware Forest, Dildo_Monkey and his band of Merry Morons were very sad. "We want to steal other peoples' Flash!" they said. "Now Tom wants us to think for ourselves!" So they ignored the King's warning, and they kept on taking other peoples' work, thinking that if they admitted that it was stolen, that they'd get off the hook.
But King Tom was not amused by their antics, so he sent Wade, the Captain of the King's Guards, into the forest to run the Merry Morons out, Blam all of their films, and rid the kingdom of the theiving scum forever. And then Tom and Wade and all of the Newgrounds kingdom lived happily ever after.
