Not a very good tutorial
This is exactly the same as all the other php tutorials. You don't make any decent attempt to explain the concepts and most of it is just copied from php.net!

why did u submit this again you ahve the same exact things in your other php tutorial... give me the difference in teh 2 and it would be greatly appreciated because i see now difference and i saw ur other one also..

There are some differences.
The loading screen is a bit changed and the Loops section and TODLY new ;)
