Reviews for Bad Guys Go To Hell

well, dude, i think i might give a long review now, describing all things you should get OUT of your movie, and which one get IN your movie =)

I'll give an explanation on my score for every subject:
- Graphics: Those were really great, those badguys aren't well-drawn, and not smooth (they change into another stance immediately =P), but i guess that's needed for a funny effects (at least that's what i thought) -8-
- Style: Ow man, noone ever made such a good theme for movies, and it's not only the theme, also the effect of the humor and excitement helps a bit on this score =D -9-
- Sound: Well, you made it yourself, that's actually pretty good. It's good quality, i'll might vote on one of these in the audio portal too =D -7-
- Violence: This is a dissapointment, but it's not needed in EVERY SINGLE MOVIE, so i don't think you mind this? -4-
- Interactivity: It's a movie...d'you really expect to get a score higher than 5? i always do "if there is a preloader, 1, if it also has a replaybutton, or if it can replay at all, 2". So... -2-
- Humor: Man i love all these series, mostly because of the Humor, so no confusion at all =) -10-
- Overall: ...well mix what i just said, + the scores, and you get the scores ;)

Yeah, about the way the bad guys are drawn. That's just their style, but I would like to improve on it...make more poses per episode, draw them a little nicer. I don't think they'll ever be fully animated though. I'm just not capable of it. Or don't have the patience. One of those.

As far as violence, I guess it does turn up in a lot of my movies, but it's not what I really focus on. I don't set out to creat violent things. I'm sure violence will turn up again in my movies though.

Simple yet hilarious !

The scenario was wonderful. The jokes were to the point and very funny. I don't know if it would have been that funny on another website since your movie is more of an "inside joke" for people who review the animations on newgrounds but hey ! I'm one of them !

The first scene had a great dialogue going on but it was always the same graphics being used again and again. Yes I am from thoses who, because of that, would have rated it as a 1 or 0 but the speach was too good... so I gave you 2. The rest of the story isn't that great but it was entertaining.

What I would do is work with the same characters in the future, but continue to draw more of them on your spare time so you can use more poses and maybe *gasp* some animations !!!

Also I don't recall any sound effects. These would enhance your movie by a big margin.

Also, and I can't stress this enough, your choice of music was EXCELLENT ! It created a special mood that I really appreciated.

Also the effects behind the letters (it moved rapidly and flashed, it was white), I don't know how you call it but I liked it.

Now don't you be a lazy bastard. Take your time and animate your characters next time mmmkay ?

Yeah, I'll definately completely redo the poses in each episode, and try to use more unique poses, and recycle less. But I think reusing the poses some is sort of the characters' style.

I would, however, like to work in more animation. Yes. It might be more in the form of their environment though. Scenery moving, or vehicles, for example. Animating characters is the most annoying thing in the world to me. I just like animation as the vehicle for my stories/humor/music.

Thanks about the music, I made it myself, and had a lot of fun with it.

Yeah, no sound effects in this one. I usually make a bunch, but this one was so music heavy...oh wait, it did have SFX. The fire and the birds. Those were recycled from previous episodes though. Threw them inbecause it was kind of quiet.
