I think your shading is exceptionally well done here (and your already unspeakably excellent cloth work seems to have gotten even better). The design is excellent, the BG is spooky, and if there's room for improvement it's somewhere well beyond my ability to notice.
The only thing I can think of is that if you wanted to go fricking plus ultra on being extra, you could have done something with the interior of the pumpkin.
