good, but why ad lyrics?
I can understand your apprehension of getting a lot of unintelligent comments on this song (like even more so than usual). Although I'm a big DragonForce fan myself (since before Guitar Hero III mind you), I have to admit that a lot of DragonForce fans may not quite be in the 3 digit IQ range. Although I do like their music, their lyrics are really horrendously cheesy and often badly written. I just try to pretend they aren't there. If you really want to make fun of them, however, this song sounds a bit like "Once in a Lifetime" from their album Sonic Firestorm (not one of their better songs IMO), so you could just try to make fun of that one specifically. Considering the quality of their lyrics in the original song, however, you may have a hard time writing something that sounds stupid in comparison. As it is, however, this is music that sounds like DragonForce without the stupid lyrics, which is perfect in my opinion. Keep up the good work whatever the case.
Also, what do you mean DagonForce solos are sped up?! They can't be sped up, they're just the bestestestest band that ever existed! OH NO all my hopes and dreams have been crushed! I'm going to have to go shoot myself now.

I did write incredibly cheesy lyrics, in which I tried to squeeze in the words "Fire", "Flight", and "Destiny" as many times as possible. But UNFORTUNATELY I can't find a good male singer willing to do this. Also I think if I end up putting them in, the only people that complain will be really hardcore Dragonforce fans who are 13 and listen to Dragonforce EXCLUSIVELY, so I don't think I'll really have a problem there. And if I do, it doesn't really bother me because I finished what I set out to do: Parody Dragonforce, not cater to their fans.
And NO! Don't go shoot yourself! You've written the 1st long and actually interesting review that I've had for a while!
Pretty sweet
I agree with Notagrape. If you wanted to add Dragonforce Lyrics just try to cram in a bunch of stuff about Proud warriors marching into the sunset with... dragons and maybe a sad mountain or two. This would fit well on any -=DF=- Album. Heck I would pay extra just to get an instrumental only Inhuman Rampage

Yeah, they really do make some good mixes and songs but I think they just wouldn't be Dragonforce if they didn't have the lyrics like they were reading the synopsis to a D&D fanfiction every time.
Otherwise they'd be called "Herman Li-Force" and reach a much, much wider audience.

While I am somewhat miffed by dragonforce hate because music is the appreication of sound and while appreicating the talent or such behind it, the main cause is to create a series of notes that create something for the ear to listen to. I really am struggling to understand any hate around dragonforce but whatever. My opinion on hate for dragonforce over.
The song itself is very dragonforce in style. Good job on that. You also kept to how they make their riffs: uplifting. Now while I can understand they get serious hit about their fantasy lyric shots, I could make the same shots at any other band with theme (disturbed just sing about war and patriotism. Linkin park just don't shut up about all the bad things that have happened. Eminem sings mainly about his life.). Their lyrics are meant to be those that appeal to the heart and give life instead of death metal stupid, song ruining scream of 'DEAAATH' (all death metal songs that have that annoying scream in it are all to be banished to hell for ruining a good song). I getting quite obtuse here ain't I?
Anyway lets see if I can even keep on topic for more than 5 sentences shall. Nice sound, nice feel that does lift my heart. I hope you keep up the good work on this piece and don't completely ruin it by making stupid lyrics, parodies only work if they sound good doing so. Anyway to end my review and summarise even my opinion on music as a whole and it comes from a very good flash on newgrounds itself: 'Music is life'

So I agree that while Music isn't about playing ability or anything and it's about the finished product, I also think that if Dragonforce is going going to play Live or go on tour, they should be able to play the music that they create so their fans are not let down.
I also agree that certain band usually sing about certain things (ex :Bullet for my Valentine sings about past pain and emotional shit)I understand that. I just wanted to take that and put it to the extreme, as per most parodies.
Thanks for the review, it was nice to actually READ something for once, as opposed to the same, tired "Thanks for the review!" that I normally give.
