But tell me, why do most FBF have to be black and white? Colours can make things look better. And a story would be nice.

Simple my friend color is harder because you will paint on wrong layers and you will end up useing more MC then FBF unless your realy good.

The b/w style was very trippy, and well suited for the fight. The fight was very well done, in terms of how it was planned out, sound effects, etc. My only nit-pick is that at times, the animation seemed a little choppy.

Its choppy because I left it siting for months, came back and started animating differently (happed so mony times.)

The animation was really nice. Having it in black and white was a good choice if you don't think you have the habilities to paint your drawings. It added to the the atmosphere.
I only gave you a 3 but it is more of a 3.5. The reason I didn't gave a 4 to this is the abrupt ending. The music ended in a wrong way so it hurts your cartoon. Especially since the end gives us our last impression of it :(
Also I didn't like the arms of the guys while they were running. They were moving in a weird way. This is especially true for the scene where the camera is in front of the character. The armes look like weird triangles trying to grow out of the body. My suggestion ? Try to make them move less instead.
The sound effects were well timed but I would have loved to hear breathing and footsteps. Take a mic, go outside and tape your sounds !
All in all, this is the kind of cartoon I like to see here. I don't know if you made them on Toon Boom or Flash but it ended up great.

Could be better if animation is improved
I did like the music choice (of course I may be biased since it's Hellsing ;) and the characters were pretty good. Just work on making the drawing less sketchy and the animation smoother. The end seemed rather abrupt too. Not bad for a first though.

Nicely done! I liked the music very well and the flash altogether was great. If you could make it a bit more smoother though, I'm sure it'd be a lot better. Keep up the good work!
