Pretty good, but two things bring it down a lot.
1. NO PAUSE. It should be a newgrounds policy that all games must come with a pause function.
2. The falling bombs that kill you are cheap. Unless you have fly reflexes you're not likely to be able to dodge one if it's coming right at you because they fall so fast and they have so little distance to travel to hit you.
Otherwise, decent game.

it was alright. nothing really new to breakout. some of the power ups were cool. the sound of the ball bouncing and it hitting the brick was extremely annoying.

Ah arkanoid. We have seen it everywhere. It is always fun to see it with new graphics and powerups and a few twists! this one was good, but It could use some fixes.
There are a few glitches in the physics department that should be looked at. The ball sometimes kind of likes to stick to the sides and take out 4 or 5 blocks at a time when you only hit one.
I felt the graphics looked nice. I was thinking it would be kind of cool if the ball glowed a little bit though. Rather than just turning it red, and green, why not give it some lighting?
The sound was the worst part about this game. I disliked the music alot, and I felt the "boing" was kind of odd. The explosions sound like you made the noise with your mouth.
I think that you could add a little bit more flavor to the levels also. I kind of expected the "ACID" boxes to drip acid down, taking boxes with it, and also killing the paddle if you touched it... would have been cool XD.
It was a great game and I would love to see it re made.
meh not THAT bad
but not that good either...it entertained me for a bit but it was a tad to gliutchy for my likeing, the ball went rigjht through my pattle a few times ><! try re-doing it with a few more power ups and a few less glitches
oh and the sound effects really take away from the atmosphere, make them a little less.....childish

Great Game!
I really enjoyed playing this game, the only thing that sometimes bugged me that it sometimes passed blocks and knocked them out and then other times it hit it and then it wont do anything.
The game has some nice extra stuff that was really nice but it sometimes went way to fast to keep up with the ball. Nice block ideas like TNT and ACID. Great graphics (10) ... style (8) was good too, a lot of those games out their thou. The music and sound (7) was kind of boring for me, like the interactivity (10).
