I admire the amount of humor in this submission, but at the same time I have seen better. It is original, that point is unquestionable, and the toys look cute. Was not expecting a very large advertisement at the end, though.

Not as good as expected, although I found the audio slightly amusing.
It's okay, but...
I wonder why some see weebl and bob as, like, the second coming of Christ. I know, it's all personal opinion, but here's mine: weebl and bob both sound like they've suffered strokes. I personally liked the very first episode best; their voices were a bit less annoying. Also, the animation is very basic (I know, I haven't animated anything, but still, he's a professional). That leaves the humor. This, I guess, is the series' strongest point. However, I am personally not into TheWeebl's humor. Personally, the only things he's submitted that I've really enjoyed have been the "On the Moon" mini-series.
I'll give credit where it's due, and it's definitely due here. However, my personal opinion is that weebl and bob is overrated. As far as they go, however, this one was pretty good. I really enjoyed the ad.

The graphics were okay
The animation was fair
The sounds were... bleh
The concept is interesting but the whole feel was destroyed by the advertisement cutting and ending it off abruptly
