Motion Capture kills animators

Motion Capture pisses me off. I'd appreciate it more if your 10 inch dolls didn't move like people that weighed 130lbs. Also. There is no point to any animation without story. Tacking on something like "music is the universal language for everything" in the end doesn't work, because nothing during any of the movie suggested that theme. Great display, although little actually animation was done. (I saw some swirlies move around one of the characters...that was cool.)

Overrated is an understatement

Are the people on newgrounds this ignorant? How can you vote this a 5? Read my review and reconsider.

1. The flash is not hand drawn, and with the right program anyone could do this in time.

2. The choice of music is horrible, Music is the universal language? If everyone listens to crappy pop and badly recorded rap then I guess so. Have some variety man, put in some techno, even some old rock tunes would be nice.

3. This is nothing new, and people make it seem like it's the first type of "dance" flash on newgrounds. The moves were used over and over again and it was bland and boring to look at.

The only real positive is that this would of took some hours to do (even if you took scripts or copied the moves over and over again)

Please, if your going to make a dance flash, Hand draw.

i dont see whats so grate. dansing to crappy music. i so freekin tired of people thinking thangs are cool and giving it 10's on everthing, like giving this a 10 in violence is not true and helps no one find if this flash is what thay are looking for so stop.

4 real man, the graphics were fuckin sweet, but your choice of music and the dancing.... kinda queerish and that last song i swear i heard on some DDR game.

I don't get it.

I don't really get what the point was supposed to be. A couple of dolls dancing somehow shows music is the universal language? And what's with the choice of music? More variety or something would have been good. Most of it was even rap, and I for one hate rap. About the only thing that didn't get on my nerves was the Korean one and it still wasn't very good (ok, I REALLY hate rap.)

Anyway, sorry, I hate writing bad reviews, but, I really wasn't very happy with this one. The graphics just aren't so great (the ultra-thick lines on the outside were kind of annoying in particular) and the whole thing just felt pointless. Besides, I really don't think that rap is the universal language. Try classical or something like that which we know that just about the whole world appreciates (even many rap artists appreciate classical.)
