You should make this into a series. Make a plot, and use gif mouths and voices.

Once again...
Good for a beginner! You might want to stop with the sprite animations, and switch to actual drawings in an animations. If you don't have a tablet (which I'm guessing you don't), then invest in getting one. It helps alot, But NEVER.. I mean NEVER, take the tablet pen to a restraunt and LEAVE IT THERE on the table just WAITING to be THROWN AWAY! Don't make the same mistake Caleb did. Now I'm waiting for the new 30 dollar pen to come in the mail... IF IT EVER GOT ORDERED. If you suck at drawing, then stick to sprites, and keep training until you get really good. You never know, you could get better than VGDC.

it was funny and cool, but...
no plot, the click-to-advance chat is bad(not as bad as the cpu-generated voice) and the credits music came from sonic 2 for genesis.

What do you mean "I just realized this as well"?! You named it "Runescape Chao #1" Yet you FORGOT to make it have some content about runescape. At least you weren't lazy, just careless in the speech like "Aaaaree yoou oooookay?" Pointless, and not even bad in a funny way.
