Not exactly original...
While well drawn & reasonably well animated, the style seems to be a blatant copy of "Bunnykill".

I hate when people take other peoples ideas.
Basically you took Madness and Bunnykill and glopped thier bodies together. The action was boring the guy seemed to jump in a comical kind of way. i can't say i hate it but get some originallity man.

well i couldn't make it past the part with the sword
where's the logic?!
this movie could have been good, but it made no sense, and there was no continuity. the 'roswell' defenders had the worst aim i've ever seen (either that or the alien was invulnerable), and the alien does strange things like drop a powerful alien beam weapon of some kind for a sword. a sword! i mean, i love swords, but only where they fit in!
a bit of variation in the music would have been nice too...

it was too much of a rip from bunny kill for me to like it much... sorry!
still, your animating, and i am not, so it helps the points a little i guess
