Okay for your first flash
I see this is your first flash and decide to use sticks. Those sticks aren't good. The blood wasn't so good either. Overall on graphics, it was quite basic. The sound, good for using Gorillaz's Clint Eastwood song, but that and the loud sound effects together did sound bad. Either make the sound effects quieter or try not to use music will have made things better.
On the good side of this flash, you've got a lot of violence in it and you've made quiet a lot of stick death scenes, although two of them you cut them out and I don't think you should've. If you didn't cut them out, the flash would probably be better.
Overall, it's your first flash and there are goods and bads in this flash. Hopefully my suggestions to improve your future flash works will have helped you.
