Congrats on the three years! :)

"You straight up ATE a box of cake mix?!" - I think I'm going to remember that one :D I gave a 1 for violence, for the tire slashing....which definately wasn't the penguin. Nice to see you went the extra length to refine some minor details, such as the paper rolling up, the cloud coming out of the cake mix box, and the text on the back of the paper. It's small things like those which really add to the overall experience of the flash, it's a pity alot of animators overlook small details. I liked this short, it was entertaining, and informative. We finally know why the space penguins bob when they talk! Congrats once again on the milestone :)

Well thanks for the kind words! Yes, those minor details are something I'd like to start including in all Fred cartoons. It can be tough sometimes, doing all the animation myself and still getting one toon out a week, but I'm going to try and start adding more and more little touches that will hopefully bring the level of quality up over time. Thanks for the great review!
(And by the way, they're space CHICKENS, not penguins =) but don't worry, everyone says they look like penguins)

Wow, thanks, I'm glad you liked it. I think, at least animation wise, you're right. That cartoon took a long time to do the subtle animations (like the newspaper rolling up) and so it's probably the best looking Fred cartoon yet. Now if I can just make future ones even better...
