Good Stuff
Very funny, even the censorship parts, which is even more priceless because of the ending. My only suggestion to you, is to add sound or voice overs, and secondly, to keep making more gems like this one.

A little weird (a two sided vibrating penis?) and a little perverted but alright.
Graphics: You show promise in terms of graphics so get out of the steamy basement that is vibrating penises and start making frontpage material.
Audio: or lack there of. Please add some audio to this, maybe some Jimmy Soul?

this is the second flash i've seen by you, i just saw "skateboard", and i really like your art styles. very cool. i have yet to see a full length storyed flash from you but i really want to. keep the flash work comin.
make something longer, your stuff is really cool.

a minor suggestion and a big one
the big one: add sound please... it may not be possible but even with a light musical background it makes the flash so much more appealling (not lyrical though)
the minor one: normally I hate people using dancing penises in flashes, but if you had only had him throw out about 6 or 7 censor blurs, then add a button to remove the blur, the expectation would be that all blurs would disappear and you'd see his willy, but if behind all 7 or 8 blurs was a wiggly wiggly, and you see the psychos surprise... just would have made for an extra giggle.
