Not bad.
But could use some work. here's some things that would make it better: first, you should make it to where you choose your weapon at any time, then have the Pokemon actually attack you, increasing difficulty, and finaly, add some music to it. That's all I can say for now.
Graphics are crappy...
The Pikachu you shoot is ugly, self-drawn. And you will not encounter all the weapon that are first shown. The blood is ugly, the graphics are ugly. If the graphics would been better, you'll get an higher rating from me. The text that the characters say are quite funny: Ash: "Why do you want to kill me?" You:"Because of the 10,000 dollar reward!" Funny.
+Points: Funny use of language.
-Points: The graphics. Well, at least you tried it...
