More animation of news going on would be funny as well as more parallels to what's going on in our world would definitely pump things up! You're getting there!

Wow, that was so... unfunny?
I sincerely don't know what the others are talking about. This thing, seriously, just made me chuckle (vey silently) just once. The rest was simply not funny. Some few game puns were okay, but not lol funny. I like sprites normally, but the lack of fun of this thing has nothing to do with otherwise cool sprites.
Oh , one more thing: there are more than enough inside jokes in this world already. If you want to make a joke to your cousin or whatever, please just go tell him and stop wasting everyone else's time, thank you very much.

Bit on the boring side, but still not bad
The scene involving the man who claims he can contact the aliens was the best scene in this whole flash. Otherwise, the animation wasn't the greatest, the new reports weren't that hilarious, and the voice acting was, overall, decent.
