All of it except for the liquids looked good. About the water, though...

The street part: okay. That one misshapen oval in about the middle of the screen bothered me somehow, because I couldn't see any reason for it to be distorted like that.

The water on the sleeve: I'm not sure what to tell you to do here, but that looked wrong. Maybe blur the edges a bit more, particularly the top edge, so it's not just a light blue line moving downward.

Tears: the color should be closer to the skin color. You could get away with having a shimmer of the pale blue running down top to bottom to simulate a drop flowing down the track.

Rain streaks: this is a pretty nice effect, but the fact that the drops always fall in the same places is really noticeable. If you had an extra set of frames with the lines in slightly different places and looped those in as well, I think this would look REALLY good.

The music fits nicely and sets a mood for the piece which is completely in keeping with the graphics. There's no real plot as such, but the scene is set well enough to get me interested and want to see the rest of the story.

As I said about your Anita Blake one...

You have potential. Keep this up and you can become a favorite on NG. ^_^ I look forward to whatever else you might submit.

Pretty...

It looks wonderful...

The rain could have more substance, the puddles and water flowing look perfect though. I love the technique, and it does bring across the rain nicely, but it doesn't have a strong movement feel.

Oh... and pretty, thank you for it :)

good animation

the animation of the woman was great but if this was posted for the express purpose of feedfack on the rain i'd have to reccomend watching some of the tutorials here on NG. there's an awesome one that goes over two different ways of making rain effects and this seems to be done in the 2nd (less visually attractive) way. name of the tutorial is "The Big Fat Tutorial" check it out, best of luck

Ok, the rain.

Most unique flash I've seen all day and trust me. I've seen at least 80 flash movies today.
